Meet the Team

Rachel

Rachel started working with pets professionally in Virginia (NOVA) in 2016 as a pet sitter and dog walker. In 2018 she decided to advance her canine education and experience through a dog training course in Texas. After three, intensive months working with dogs available for adoption to better their chances at finding their forever families, Rachel completed the course and graduated in 2019 as a certified Dog Trainer & Behavior Specialist.

Rachel also has an academic background in Social Work and volunteer experience with children and families with several non-profit organizations, most notably as a group facilitator for a grief center in Omaha, NE for nine years.

Since graduating, she’s had the pleasure of working almost exclusively with military families and their resilient pet dogs all over the US, but looking forward to expanding services to ALL family types in 2024!

Her camaraderie with fellow trainers, as well as her desire to continue seeking dog knowledge, has helped her establish a strong network with other professionals in the field, across the U.S. and worldwide.
